Upper Body Strength
CHALLENGE This class is all about challenging and building our upper body strength. Aoife uses 4kg dumbbells, which make this class pretty intense, but you can use lighter or even heavier weights if you wish.
Equipment: Hand weights (2kg, 3kg or 4kg). -
Gentle Plank Abs
SATISFY If you are new to planks or find planks challenging, this is the perfect class for you. You'll build your upper body, arm and core strength, as well as improve your plank technique.

CHALLENGE This is TPP's first banded class on the platform. Using the band is going to take your booty burn class to a whole other level. Get ready to embrace the burn.

SATISFY This Cardio class is low impact so it's the perfect way to get the heart rate up, without any jumping exercises.
This class is Prenatal friendly so for any moms-to-be, this class is suitable for you.

Posture Focused Class
SATISFY This is a really nice traditional class that focuses on your posture. You will work on strengthening the upper back and shoulders as well as releasing tension in the upper body.

Power Flow
SATISFY This is a faster paced traditional Pilates class, with a focus on powerful movements while still maintaining the flow of a traditional sequence. This is one of Aoife's favourite energy boosting classes.
