    This class is all about challenging and building our upper body strength. The reps are high so you will be feeling the burn in this class.
    Equipment: Hand weights (1 x heavier weight and 2 x lighter). Aoife uses 1 x 4kg and 2 x 2kg weights.

  • 10-Minute Pre-Run Activation

    This is a short and effective class to prepare your body for a run. Doing this class is a great way to reduce your risk of injury.
    Optional Equipment: Band

  • 17-Minute Fluid Stretch

    This class is great to do if your body needs some TLC. Release tension and energise your body in this fluid stretch. Perfect to do after a day of sitting.
