This is the perfect class to combine some cardio with some slower paced exercises to strengthen and tone your body. Enjoy the movement and embrace the burn.

Pilates Ball Sequence
This class is a compilation of all Aoife's favourite exercises with the Pilates ball. There is a lot of focus on the core and the glutes in this sequence.
Aoife uses a 7" soft Pilates ball in this class. If you don't have one, try improvising with a small cushion. -
Cardio Boxing
This is the perfect class for when you want to get a sweat on!
Theres lots of boxing combinations to ensure it's an enjoyable class. The weights make it challenging, but you can modify by doing it without them.

Get ready to get a sweat on with this Cardio Burn class. Aoife uses 2kg hand weights, if you don't have them you can improvise with tinned cans or water bottles.

This Cardio class is structured into 4 blocks of work! Weighted cardio + legs, cardio, upper body and core! There's low impact modifications if you don't want to jump in this class. You can also do it without hand weights to lower the intensity.
