    CHALLENGE Get ready to get a sweat on with this Cardio Burn class. Aoife uses 2kg hand weights, if you don't have them you can improvise with tinned cans or water bottles.

  • Cardio Burn 3

    CHALLENGE This Cardio class is structured into 4 blocks of work! Weighted cardio + legs, cardio, upper body and core! There's low impact modifications if you don't want to jump in this class. You can also do it without hand weights to lower the intensity.

  • Arms, Abs & Booty 1

    CHALLENGE This 30-minute class does exactly as the name suggests, it works the arms, abs and booty. You will spend 10-minutes working each area to really feel the burn. If strengthening and toning your body is the goal, this is the perfect class.
