    Theres lots of boxing combinations to ensure it's an enjoyable class. The weights make it challenging, but you can modify by doing it without them.

    CHALLENGE Get ready to get a sweat on with this Cardio Burn class. Aoife uses 2kg hand weights, if you don't have them you can improvise with tinned cans or water bottles.

  • Cardio Burn 3

    CHALLENGE This Cardio class is structured into 4 blocks of work! Weighted cardio + legs, cardio, upper body and core! There's low impact modifications if you don't want to jump in this class. You can also do it without hand weights to lower the intensity.
