    This is a quick booty burn class to get those glute muscles firing. This is the perfect class for when you're tight on time. You could also pair it with another 15-minute Abs or Arms focused class.

    This 15-minute Burn class focusses on strengthening and toning the adductors and abductors which helps with hip stability, improves balance, prevents injury and of course it tones your legs!
