Cardio Burn is a faster paced class that combines Pilates and Cardio so you can expect to get your heart rate up. This is a challenging class that is perfect on days when you feel like you have lots of energy and would like to sweat.

Cardio Sculpt 1
CHALLENGE This class is the perfect mix of cardio and sculpting exercises on the mat. You will begin with 10-minutes of Cardio, 10-minutes on the mat and finish with 10-minute of cardio.

Theres lots of boxing combinations to ensure it's an enjoyable class. The weights make it challenging, but you can modify by doing it without them.
