    This class adds some cardio to our popular Pilates strength style class. The is a more advanced sequence designed to challenge you.
    Equipment: Hand weights (Aoife uses 2kg & 4kg. Use what weights you have at home and alternate between light and heavy as you feel necessary).

  • Uptempo Arms & Abs

    For those of you who enjoy a faster paced class, this is for you. Work the arms and the abs in our traditional Pilates style, but a little more uptempo.
    Equipment: Light hand weights

  • Cardio Sculpt 1

    CHALLENGE This class is the perfect mix of cardio and sculpting exercises on the mat. You will begin with 10-minutes of Cardio, 10-minutes on the mat and finish with 10-minute of cardio.
