Cardio Strength Pilates
This class adds some cardio to our popular Pilates strength style class. This is a more advanced sequence designed to challenge you.
Equipment: Hand weights (Aoife uses 2kg & 4kg. Use what weights you have at home and alternate between light and heavy as you feel necessary). - 
  
Uptempo Arms & Abs
For those of you who enjoy a faster paced class, this is for you. Work the arms and the abs in our traditional Pilates style, but a little more uptempo.
