This class adds some cardio to our popular Pilates strength style class. The is a more advanced sequence designed to challenge you.
Equipment: Hand weights (Aoife uses 2kg & 4kg. Use what weights you have at home and alternate between light and heavy as you feel necessary).

Cardio Sculpt 1
CHALLENGE This class is the perfect mix of cardio and sculpting exercises on the mat. You will begin with 10-minutes of Cardio, 10-minutes on the mat and finish with 10-minute of cardio.

CHALLENGE This is the perfect class to combine some cardio with some slower paced exercises to strengthen and tone your body. Enjoy the movement and embrace the burn.
