Barre Pilates takes inspiration from Ballet Barre. This style of class class is low impact but it will lengthen, strengthen and keep you on your toes, literally! Expect an elegant but challenging full body workout that combines standing Barre exercises using your chair and Pilates based floor work on your mat. All sequences will use a chair as your "Ballet Barre", and depending on the class, you could be using your hand weights, ankle weights and a Pilates ball. As always, these are optional and you can do the classes without equipment.

  • NEW! Gentle Barre

    This is a gentle Barre class focused on lengthening and strengthening the body. If you are new to Barre Pilates, this class will take you through the basic of each exercise. Suitable for our prenatal members.

  • Beginner Barre

    BEGIN/SATISFY If you're new to Barre, this is the perfect class for you. Barre Pilates is an elegant class that will see you strengthen and lengthen. Take time to familiarise yourself with the correct technique in this Beginner class.

  • NEW! 40-Minute Full Body Barre

    This is a challenging full body Barre class. Embrace the challenge but as always, go at your own pace and listen to your body. You can expect lots of Barre style standing exercises, bridges on the chair, planks on the chair and some core work.

  • 30-Minute Full Body Barre

    SATISFY This is a full body Barre class for everybody, including our Moms-to-be on the platform. Embrace the challenge but as always, go at your own pace and listen to your body.
    Equipment needed: Chair, hand weights, ankle weights (optional)

    CHALLENGE This Barre class is all about the legs and the core. Get ready to embrace the burn.

  • 10-Minute Barre Arms

    SATISFY This is the perfect quick class to strengthen and tone your arms. It's high rep, up-tempo, Barre style makes it a really enjoyable and effective class.

  • 15-Minute Barre

    CHALLENGE This is a quick barre class that focuses on strengthening, lengthening and toning the legs! Channel your inner Ballerina and embrace the burn!

  • 17-Minute Barre Legs

    CHALLENGE This 17-minute class is all about the legs. Get ready to feel the burn.

  • 50-Minute Full Body Barre

    CHALLENGE Get ready for a full body Barre class that will challenge you from the start. Theres lots of variety in this class so the 50-minutes will fly.
    Equipment: Chair, Pilates ball, hand weights
    *class can be done without weights and ball

    SATISFY/CHALLENGE This Barre Class is an elegant combination of Pilates and ballet that is designed to lengthen your whole body and help you find your centre. It also includes targeted bursts to the core, arms and booty. You will need a chair and hand weights for this class.
