This is a gentle Barre class focused on lengthening and strengthening the body. If you are new to Barre Pilates, this class will take you through the basic of each exercise. Suitable for our prenatal members.

This is an arms focused class with high reps and lots of pulses. We do the whole class in our wide Barre squat so we end up working the legs as well.
This class is suitable for pregnancy.
Equipment: Light hand weights (Aoife uses 1.5kg). -
Barre w/ Pilates Ball
This is an advanced Barre class using the ball for an added challenge. Get ready to embrace the burn.
**Note: We stand on the ball for one exercise, so make sure it's not fully inflated. If it is, let a little bit of air out.
Equipment: Chair, Pilates ball. -
40-Minute Full Body Barre
This is a challenging full body Barre class. Embrace the challenge but as always, go at your own pace and listen to your body. You can expect lots of Barre style standing exercises, bridges on the chair, planks on the chair and some core work.
