Pregnancy Pilates

Every pregnancy is different, so we recommend checking with your GP or Consultant to ensure they are happy for you to continue with exercise at this time.
We also recommend watching our Pregnancy Introduction video before beginning the classes.

In this category you will find classes that we recommend to do in your First Trimester, Second Trimester and Third Trimester. We also have a 4-Week Pregnancy Pilates Programme and a more challenging Pregnancy Friendly 4-Week Programme called Bump & Glow.

All classes can be done without equipment. Optional equipment for some classes include a pregnancy ball, hand weights, ankle weights and a Pilates ball.
