First Trimester Classes
Every pregnancy is different, so we recommend checking with your GP or Consultant to ensure they are happy for you to continue with exercise at this time.
We also recommend watching our Pregnancy Introduction video before beginning the classes.
Here you will find the classes we recommend doing during your first trimester of pregnancy. While we have picked the most popular first trimester classes, during this time you can continue with Pilates as normal. There isn’t any exercise you need to modify. For example, core work on your back, bridges etc are all safe to do in the first 12 weeks.
However, we all know that during this time you might be feeling sick and tired and may not feel up to exercise. We recommend listening to your body and doing what feels good for you. If your body is craving rest or you’re simply too unwell to exercise, honour that. If you’re lucky enough to feel well and have lots of energy, then continue with the classes you normally enjoy doing or pick from this section.

Yoga for Pregnancy
SATISFY In this class Daniella will take us through a pregnancy friendly Yoga class that will focus on the breath and opening up the hips. This class is suitable for every trimester.

Form Focused Full Body
SATISFY This is a no-equipment full body class that focuses on the Pilates form and technique. It's the perfect place to start if you're new to Pilates and want to dive straight in. If you're a Pilates pro, this class is also incredible to bring you back to basics.
