For moms-to-be doing our 4-Week Prenatal Programme, here you will find all the classes you need.
As a Physiotherapist Aoife knows the importance of keeping fit and active during your pregnancy and the benefits it has both for you and your baby. These classes will focus on maintaining your strength throughout your pregnancy to allow you feel your best and to facilitate your post-partum recovery.
Go at a pace that feels right for you doing these classes and enjoy them.

  • Pregnancy Introduction - Do's & Don'ts

    Episode 1

  • Prenatal Gentle Flow

    Episode 2

    For Moms-to-be this is a really gentle class to help get movement into your body, release tension and gently build strength in the glutes. Go at a pace that feels right for you and enjoy the movement.

  • Prenatal Gentle Sculpt

    Episode 3

    For Moms-to-be this is a really gentle class to help maintain your strength. Aoife uses 1kg hand weights - if you don't have them you can improvise with tinned cans. Go at a pace that feels right for you and enjoy the movement.

  • Pelvic Floor Information

    Episode 4

    For Moms-to-be, this class will guide you through how to activate the Pelvic Floor. Do this class as many times as you need to in order to familiarise yourself with how to engage the Pelvic floor. This will allow you get the most out of your Prenatal Pilates and really facilitate your postpartum ...

  • Prenatal Traditional Pilates

    Episode 5

    For Moms-to-be, this whole body sequence will help to relieve back pain, maintain your fitness level and strengthen and prepare your body for your birth. Go at a pace that feels right for you and enjoy the movement.

  • Prenatal Stretch

    Episode 6

    Moms-to-be if you're feeling tension in your body, this class is amazing. It will focus on releasing the glute muscles, which often contribute to lower back pain. You will feel great after this class. Enjoy!
