4-Week Gentle Programme
4 Seasons
This 4-Week Pregnancy Pilates Programme focuses on gently maintaining your strength and helping you release tension in the body. If you are new to Pilates, you can start this programme but as always, listen to your body and go at a pace that feels right for you.
Equipment: Weights - Light hand weights (1.5kg or 2kg).
Trimester: This programme is typically most suitable to 2nd Trimester if you're new to Pilates or 3rd Trimester if you are feeling like you have good energy levels.
***Every pregnancy is different, so we recommend checking with your GP or Consultant to ensure they are happy for you to continue with exercise at this time.

SATISFY This is a full body sculpt class for everybody, including our Moms-to-be on the platform. Embrace the challenge but as always, go at your own pace and listen to your body.
