4-Week Gentle Programme

4 Seasons

This 4-Week Pregnancy Pilates Programme focuses on gently maintaining your strength and helping you release tension in the body. If you are new to Pilates, you can start this programme but as always, listen to your body and go at a pace that feels right for you.

Equipment: Weights - Light hand weights (1.5kg or 2kg).

Trimester: This programme is typically most suitable to 2nd Trimester if you're new to Pilates or 3rd Trimester if you are feeling like you have good energy levels.

***Every pregnancy is different, so we recommend checking with your GP or Consultant to ensure they are happy for you to continue with exercise at this time.
We also recommend watching our Pregnancy Introduction video before beginning the classes***

  • Pregnancy Introduction - Do's & Don'ts

    Episode 1

  • Prenatal Gentle Flow 2

    Episode 2

    For Moms-to-be this is a really gentle class to help get movement into your body, release tension and gently build strength in the glutes. Go at a pace that feels right for you and enjoy the movement.
    No equipment needed.

  • 20-Minute Full Body Sculpt 3

    Episode 3

    This is a full body sculpt class for everybody, including our Moms-to-be on the platform. Embrace the challenge but as always, go at your own pace and listen to your body.
    Equipment needed: Hand weights, ankle weights (optional)

  • How To Engage The Core & Pelvic Floor

    Episode 4

  • Gentle Booty Burn for Pregnancy

    Episode 5

    This is a really nourishing class to help you maintain strength around the hip area in a gentle way. Especially in our 3rd Trimester, our bump takes a toll on our body, so we rely on our strength to provide support and help reduce pain.
    No Equipment Needed.

  • Gentle Stretch For Pregnancy

    Episode 6

    This gentle stretch class focuses on releasing tension in the areas that typically need some TLC during pregnancy. Consider this class a gift to your body.
