    CHALLENGE Our first Arms & Abs class was so popular, we had to add a second. This class is structured into 3-minutes of arms work, followed by 3-minutes of abs work for 30-minutes. Within this, you will do each exercise for 1-minute. It's a challenging but really effective class!

    CHALLENGE This class starts with some sweaty cardio exercises and then you finish down on your mat with some ab work. It's the perfect class to leave you feeling energised and strong.

    SATISFY This runners Pilates class focuses on strengthening the core and hips as well as improving mobility and flexibility. If injury prevention and optimising performance is your goal, this is the perfect class to incorporate into your running schedule.
