CHALLENGE This is a different style cardio class that is low impact and mat based. You'll also use a heavier hand weight to challenge some of the exercises a bit more. If you don't have equipment, you can do this class without.
Equipment: Ankle weights, light hand weights, heavier weight (Aoife uses 4kg)
