CHALLENGE This class does exactly as it says, gets the heart rate up with cardio exercises, while working on the arms and the abs. The arm work in this class is all focused on the triceps, the backs of the arms. Each exercise in this class is 1-minute and you'll do each exercise twice. Get ready to embrace the burn.
