Here you will find Cardio, what previously were part of our "New Weekly Classes".
As we no longer add these classes to the platform each week, we have uploaded our archived classes so they will still be available to you here.
These are some of the more challenging classes on the platform and we know some of you love them.
Here's a little back story to these classes.
When The Pilates Programme first launched in 2020, we did not have a big on-demand library. We had these three classes, Barre, Burn & Sculpt and Cardio live on Zoom on a Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. As we have evolved and our library of classes has grown, we changed so that these three classes were no longer live. They were then pre-recorded by Aoife at home and uploaded each Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. They would be available for 2 weeks on the site, as an incentive to do them before they would disappear.
We have decided to discontinue these classes as we focus on higher quality filming and building our on-demand library even more.
We know some of you love these Barre, Burn & Sculpt and Cardio classes, so we have put all of these archived classes together here for you to do anytime.

Cardio, Arms & Abs 23rd March
CHALLENGE This is one of our most popular cardio classes combining a cardio, arms and abs sequence. You'll do each exercise for 1-minute and you'll repeat each one twice, before moving onto another 3 exercises.
There's lots of variety in this class so it will fly.

Cardio Sculpt 30th March
CHALLENGE This class is the perfect endorphin boost when you want to get a sweat on. The format this class follows is 1-minute of cardio and 1-minute of a slower paced sculpt exercise. You'll do each exercise twice.

Low Impact Cardio Sculpt 6th April
CHALLENGE This is a different style cardio class that is low impact and mat based. You'll also use a heavier hand weight to challenge some of the exercises a bit more. If you don't have equipment, you can do this class without.

Cardio, Arms & Abs 13th April
CHALLENGE This class does exactly as it says, gets the heart rate up with cardio exercises, while working on the arms and the abs. CHALLENGE This Cardio class is made up of 3 blocks of work. Each block has 3 1-minute exercises and you'll do each exercise twice. Get ready for lots of lunge variations and lots of planks in this class.

Cardio Sculpt 27th April
CHALLENGE The goal of this class is to get the heart rate up and sculpt and tone the body. Each exercise is 1-minute and you'll alternate between cardio exercises and slower paced sculpt exercises. Embrace the burn and enjoy the class.

Cardio Sculpt 4th May
CHALLENGE If your goal is to work hard and get a sweat on, while sculpting and toning the body, this is the perfect class. You will do 15-minutes of Cardio exercises and 15-minutes of slower paced sculpt exercises. It's a tough, but enjoyable class and you'll feel great after it.

Cardio Strength 11th May
CHALLENGE This Cardio class will focus on strength. You'll do 3 sets of 5 x 1-minute exercises. This is a tough class, but it's an enjoyable one.

Cardio Core 18th May
CHALLENGE This class is all about getting the heart rate up and targeting the core. The core exercises in this class are challenging, but go at your own pace and embrace the burn.

Cardio Sculpt 25th May
CHALLENGE This Cardio Sculpt class has 3 blocks of work. Each block has 2 x 1-minute exercises and you'll do each exercise twice. The class will finish with a 2-minute plank sequence. It's a tough, but enjoyable class.

Cardio Flow 1st June
CHALLENGE This Cardio Flow class is low impact. It will challenge you and you'll still get your heart rate up in this whole body workout, even without the jumping exercises.

Cardio Sculpt 8th June
CHALLENGE This cardio sculpt class will get the heart rate up and work the whole body. It's such a great class to do when you're feeling energetic.
You'll do 1 x cardio exercise and 1 x sculpt exercise and you'll repeat them.

CHALLENGE This is the perfect class if you want to sculpt and tone, while getting a sweat on. Each exercise is 1-minute and you will only do each exercise once.
