    CHALLENGE This 30-minute class is broken into 3 blocks of work. Each block has 3 x 1-minute exercises that focus on cardio, arms and abs. This is a tough class, but there's lots of modifications that you can take, so go at your own pace. 
Equipment: Hand weights, ankle weights
