CHALLENGE This Cardio Circuit class has 5 exercises that focus on getting the heart rate up and building strength. You'll do each exercise for 1-minute and you'll repeat the circuit 3 times. Get ready to get a sweat on!
Equipment: Light & Medium hand weights (Aoife use 2kg & 4kg)
*class can be done without equipment

CHALLENGE This class combines cardio and strength. You'll work hard to get the heart rate up in each cardio exercise and have an opportunity to slow the pace down and focus on your strength by adding weights to challenge our Pilates.
Equipment: Weights (Aoife uses 1.5kg and 4kg) -
Cardio Sculpt 27th July
CHALLENGE This is the perfect class if you want to sculpt and tone, while getting a sweat on. Each exercise is 1-minute and you will only do each exercise once.
Go at a pace you're comfortable with and embrace the burn.
