The "Satisfy" plan has 4 Pilates classes a week. It's perfect for beginners and those of you who want to feel satisfied after a class.
The "Challenge" plan has 5/6 classes a week and this is perfect if you want to work hard and be challenged with every class.
The Pregnancy Friendly schedule has 4 classes a week and is the perfect way to help you maintain strength, reduce pain and prepare your body for labour. These classes are all about nourishing your body.
Committing to following one of these plans is the perfect way to keep you accountable and with lots of variety and new classes each week, you will never get bored.
