NEW! Gentle Sculpt 2
If you are new to Pilates or to our Sculpt classes, this is the perfect one to start with. It will target the whole body and you will feel your muscles working, but in a gentle way.
Equipment: Light hand weights -
NEW! Gentle Deep Core
This the perfect class to try when you're new to Pilates or you just want to bring things back to basics. It focuses on the Pilates technique for engaging your core and will gently tap into your deep core muscles.
No equipment needed. -
Full Body w/ Pilates Ball 3
This full body class with the Pilates ball will challenge strength, balance, co-ordination and control. It is a challenging but enjoyable sequence.
Equipment: Pilates ball -
NEW! 20-Minute Traditional
This is a quick Traditional Pilates class that will gently work the whole body. You will tap into your deep core muscles while really focusing on your Pilates breath and technique. This is a great class that will leave you feeling energised.
