NEW! 11-Minute Booty Burn
This is a really quick booty burn class. Aoife doesn't use equipment but to create more of a challenge you can add ankle weights or a resistance band above the knees.

8-Minute Gentle Abs
This the perfect class to try when you're new to Pilates. It focuses on the Pilates technique to gently build core strength.
No equipment needed. -
Traditional 11 - No Wrist Impact
This is a Traditional style Pilates class, but with no-wrist impact. If you find being in all fours in Pilates uncomfortable, this is a great class to do to familiarise yourself with how to strengthen your wrists. It will also show you how to modify other classes on the platform as you need to.

Legs & Booty Burn 2
If you want to strengthen and tone the legs and the booty, this is the perfect class. It combines a nice mix of standing and mat work. Embrace the burn and enjoy the class.

30-Minute Sculpt 1 w/ Lorna
Lorna will take you through a 30-minute sculpt class that is based entirely on the mat. You can expect a slow burn, but you will be challenged.
Equipment needed: Light hand weights, Pilates ball
