This is a challenging class that will really work the whole body. It's perfect when you don't have equipment, but want to experience a sculpt style class.

Traditional 8
This is another of TPP's very popular Traditional classes. The goal is to strengthen, lengthen and tone your body using the Traditional Pilates approach.

Legs & Booty Burn 1
This class will do exactly as the name suggests; challenge the legs and the booty. Its the perfect mix of standing and mat exercises. Get ready to feel the burn in this 20-minute class.

This class is all about connecting to the core. Whether you're new to Pilates or have been a member for a while, this is an incredible class to bring you back to the basics of Pilates.
