NEW! 20-Minute Full Body Barre w/ Gareth
This is a 20-Minute Full Body Barre class led by Master Barre trainer Gareth Moran. It is a short, effective and challenging class; you will work hard for the 20-minutes. Gareth includes modifications if you need to take the intensity down.

Mid Back Stretch & Release
This is a really nice stretch class that will focus on the mid back. So if you are someone that sits a lot throughout the day and holds tension in the mid part of your back, this is the class for you.
No Equipment Needed. -
20-Minute Traditional
This is a quick Traditional Pilates class that will gently work the whole body. You will tap into your deep core muscles while really focusing on your Pilates breath and technique. This is a great class that will leave you feeling energised.

Full Body w/ Pilates Ball 3
This full body class with the Pilates ball will challenge strength, balance, co-ordination and control. It is a challenging but enjoyable sequence.
