20-Minute Traditional
This is a quick Traditional Pilates class that will gently work the whole body. You will tap into your deep core muscles while really focusing on your Pilates breath and technique. This is a great class that will leave you feeling energised.
No equipment needed. -
Side Lying Sculpt
This is the perfect quick class when you're lacking motivation. You will be working hard and feeling that Pilates burn, but you will be lying on your side the entire time.
Equipment Needed: Light hand weights (Aoife uses 1.5kg), ankle weights (optional). -
Legs & Booty Burn 3
This class will do exactly as the name suggests; challenge the legs and the booty. Its the perfect mix of standing and mat exercises. Get ready to feel the burn in this 20-minute class.
No equipment needed. -
Full Body w/ Pilates Ball 1
This full body class with the Pilates ball will challenge strength, balance, co-ordination and control. It is a challenging but enjoyable sequence.
