20-Minute Traditional
This is a quick Traditional Pilates class that will gently work the whole body. You will tap into your deep core muscles while really focusing on your Pilates breath and technique. This is a great class that will leave you feeling energised.

Traditional 13
This is another of TPP's very popular Traditional classes. The goal is to strengthen, lengthen and tone your body using the Traditional Pilates approach.

Lengthen & Align
This class is all about lengthening and aligning the body. Expect to feel strong and energised after this class.

18-Minute Abs w/ Lorna
This is a really effective abs series by Lorna. You will begin with planks, before moving to the mat for a roll Pilates down. You will finish with the "Series of Five" abs sequence.
