Satisfy Me has 4 Pilates classes this week. It's perfect for beginners and those of you who want to feel satisfied after a class.

NEW! Gentle Sculpt 2
If you are new to Pilates or to our Sculpt classes, this is the perfect one to start with. It will target the whole body and you will feel your muscles working, but in a gentle way.

Energising Traditional Flow
As the name suggests, this is an energising class that you will feel great after. You can expect lots of full body exercises that focus on lengthening and gently strengthening the body.
