Thursday: 30-Minute Walk
Friday: 20-Minute Gentle Sculpt 4
Saturday: Lorna's Go-To Mat Flow
Sunday: R&R or Repeat your favourite class of the week

  • NEW! 15-Minute Sculpt w/ Weights & Ball

    This is a quick and efficient class to work the whole body. You will begin with a core and bridge sequence on your back before moving into all 4's. You'll work with the ball and the weights the entire time to work the whole body.
    Equipment: Pilates ball, weights.

  • Traditional 13

    This is another of TPP's very popular Traditional classes. The goal is to strengthen, lengthen and tone your body using the Traditional Pilates approach.
    No equipment needed.

  • 20-Minute Gentle Sculpt 4

    This sculpt class will work the whole body in a gentle way. You will begin with a standing leg sequence on one side before moving to the mat for a core & glute sequence in all fours. You'll then move back to standing to repeat the standing legs on the other side.

  • Lorna's Go-To Mat Flow

    This class combines Lorna's "go-to" mat based exercises. She encourages you to tune into your body and really focus on your breath and alignment to get the most out of this class.
