Thursday: 30-Minute Walk
Friday: Traditional 7
Saturday: 20-Minute Gentle Sculpt 2
Sunday: R&R or Repeat your favourite class of the week

  • NEW! Slow Burn w/ The Band

    This is a slow burn class with the band that will work your whole body. You can expect a standing lunge sequence.

  • 20-Minute Legs & Booty w/ Lorna

    This is a short, focused legs & booty class led by Lorna. You will be on the mat for the entire class.
    No Equipment Needed.

  • Traditional 7

    This is a whole body Traditional Pilates class that you will feel great after. Its the perfect mix of strengthening and stretching exercises! Focus on your form and embrace the burn!
    No equipment needed

  • NEW! 20-Minute Gentle Sculpt 2

    This sculpt class will work the whole body in a gentle way. You will begin with a standing sequence before moving to the mat for the remainder of the class.
    This is a pregnancy friendly class, that anyone can do.
