Wednesday: 20-Minute Express Flow w/ Lorna
Thursday: 30-Minute Walk
Friday: Gentle Pilates 2
Saturday: Strength & Balance
Sunday: R&R or Repeat your favourite class of the week

  • NEW! 9-Minute Booty

    This is a really quick class to work the booty and the back of the legs. To make this class more challenging, you can add ankle weights or a band above the knees.

  • Classical Pilates Core

    This is an intermediate level Pilates Core class that focuses on the classical Pilates repertoire. It's all about strength, control, precision and using our breath to help us tap into our deep core muscles.
    No equipment needed.

  • 20-Minute Express Flow w/ Lorna

    This class is based entirely on the mat. You will work the full body in a gentle way, taking a classical approach.

  • Gentle Pilates 2

    This is the perfect class to start with if you're new to Pilates. You'll focus on engaging the core, your posture and alignment in each exercise to familiarise yourself with the correct Pilates technique, so you can get the most out of each exercise.

  • Strength & Balance

    This class focuses on strengthening and balancing mind and body. Focus on your breathing, your Pilates technique and enjoy the movement.
