This is another of TPP's very popular Traditional classes. The goal is to strengthen, lengthen and tone your body using the Traditional Pilates approach.

Energising Traditional Flow
As the name suggests, this is an energising class that you will feel great after. You can expect lots of full body exercises that focus on lengthening and gently strengthening the body.

If you are new to Pilates or to our Sculpt classes, this is the perfect one to start with. It will target the whole body and you will feel your muscles working, but in a gentle way.
