  • 18-Minute Traditional Floor Class

    This is another of TPP's very popular Traditional classes. The goal is to strengthen, lengthen and tone your body using the Traditional Pilates approach.
    No equipment needed.

  • 40-Minute Full Body Flow w/ Lorna

    In this full body class you will explore all the different planes of spinal movement so you can expect to feel longer and stronger. Lorna encourages you to move mindfully and tune into your body and your breath.
    No Equipment Needed.

  • Fluid Flow

    This class we will focus on moving from one move to the next, so this will challenge your strength, balance and control in a gentle way.
    No Equipment Needed.

  • Core Connection Class

    This class is all about connecting to the core. Whether you're new to Pilates or have been a member for a while, this is an incredible class to bring you back to the basics of Pilates.
