NEW! Holiday De-Bloat
This is the perfect pre or post flight class. It's all about reducing stress, calming the nervous system and bringing down cortisol levels in the body. You'll do gentle stretches, core exercises and lots of rotational movements to help your body de-bloat and re-energise.
No equipment needed. -
Slow Booty Burn w/ Pilates Ball
This is a class that anyone on our platform can do, including our Moms to be. The moves aren't too challenging, but because we are working with the ball, you will be feeling the burn.

18-Minute Traditional Floor Class
SATISFY This is another of TPP's very popular Traditional classes. The goal is to strengthen, lengthen and tone your body using the Traditional Pilates approach.
