NEW! 25-Minute Bodyweight Sculpt
This is a really nice full body class. Aoife will take you through a sequence in all 4's and side lying on both sides, before finishing with some core work on your back. There's lots of layers in each sequence so you will be challenged in the best way.

Traditional 9 (prenatal friendly)
This is another of TPP's very popular Traditional classes. The goal is to strengthen, lengthen and tone your body using the Traditional Pilates approach.
Suitable for Pregnancy.

Legs & Booty Burn 2
If you want to strengthen and tone the legs and the booty, this is the perfect class. It combines a nice mix of standing and mat work. Embrace the burn and enjoy the class.

This class is all about lengthening and aligning the body. Expect to feel strong and energised after this class.
