This is an intermediate Pilates flow that focuses on the classical Pilates repertoire. It's all about strength, control and precision.

Slow Booty Burn w/ Pilates Ball
This is a class that anyone on our platform can do, including our Moms to be. The moves aren't too challenging, but because we are working with the ball, you will be feeling the burn.

NEW! Classical Pilates Core
This is an intermediate level Pilates Core class that focuses on the classical Pilates repertoire. It's all about strength, control, precision and using our breath to help us tap into our deep core muscles.

Traditional 12 - Floor Class
This is another of TPP's very popular Traditional classes. The goal is to strengthen, lengthen and tone your body using the Traditional Pilates approach.
