This is a challenging but efficient class to work the legs & booty. You will begin with a lunge sequence on one side. You'll move from standing to all 4's and then onto your back for bridges. 18-Minute Abs w/ Lorna
This is a really effective abs series by Lorna. You will begin with planks, before moving to the mat for a roll Pilates down. You will finish with the "Series of Five" abs sequence.

Traditional 9 (prenatal friendly)
This is another of TPP's very popular Traditional classes. The goal is to strengthen, lengthen and tone your body using the Traditional Pilates approach.
Suitable for Pregnancy.

20-Minute Gentle Sculpt 4
This sculpt class will work the whole body in a gentle way. You will begin with a standing leg sequence on one side before moving to the mat for a core & glute sequence in all fours. You'll then move back to standing to repeat the standing legs on the other side.
