  • NEW! 15-Minute Sculpt w/ Weights

    This is a quick and efficient class to work the whole body. You will begin with standing lunges working into the arms and the legs. You'll move down to the mat for single leg bridges and core work, before repeating the single leg bridge and the lunge on the other side.
    Equipment: Hand weights

  • Classical Pilates Flow

    This is an intermediate Pilates flow that focuses on the classical Pilates repertoire. It's all about strength, control and precision.
    No equipment needed.

  • Gentle Pilates 1

    This is the perfect class to start with if you're new to Pilates. You'll focus on engaging the core, your posture and alignment in each exercise to familiarise yourself with the correct Pilates technique, so you can get the most out of each exercise.
    No equipment needed.

  • Posture Focused Class

    This is a really nice traditional class that focuses on your posture. You will work on strengthening the upper back and shoulders as well as releasing tension in the upper body.
    No equipment needed.
