NEW! 14-Minute Standing Series
This is the perfect class to do if you are really tight on space, you don't have a mat, or you simply would just prefer an all-standing class.
No equipment needed -
Pilates Upper Body
This class targets your upper body, but in particular, the tricep muscles, which are at the back of your arms. Get ready to embrace that Pilates burn.
Optional equipment: Light handweights or wrist weights -
Side Lying Sculpt
This is the perfect quick class when you're lacking motivation. You will be working hard and feeling that Pilates burn, but you will be lying on your side the entire time.
Equipment Needed: Light hand weights (Aoife uses 1.5kg), ankle weights (optional). -
Traditional 10
This is another of TPP's very popular Traditional classes. The goal is to strengthen, lengthen and tone your body using the Traditional Pilates approach.
No equipment needed.
