  • NEW! 20-Minute Gentle Sculpt 2

    This sculpt class will work the whole body in a gentle way. You will begin with a standing sequence before moving to the mat for the remainder of the class.
    This is a pregnancy friendly class, that anyone can do.
    Equipment: Light hand weights

  • Traditional 13

    This is another of TPP's very popular Traditional classes. The goal is to strengthen, lengthen and tone your body using the Traditional Pilates approach.
    No equipment needed.

  • Arms & Booty 2

    This is a quick and efficient class that will challenge you in the best way.
    Equipment: Light Hand Weights

  • NEW! Lorna's Go-To Mat Flow

    This class combines Lorna's "go-to" mat based exercises. She encourages you to tune into your body and really focus on your breath and alignment to get the most out of this class.
