Weekly Planner - Challenge
Challenge Me has 5/6 classes a week and is updated every Sunday evening. This is perfect if you want to work hard and be challenged with every class.
Monday 2nd - 8th February
Monday: NEW! 30-Minute Sculpt 2 w/ Lorna
Tuesday: NEW! 17-Minute Pilates Strength
Wednesday: R&R
Thursday: Pilates Strength 1
Friday: Abs & Waist 4
Saturday: Advanced Sculpt w/ Pilates Ball
Sunday: R&R or repeat your favourite class of the week

NEW! 30-Minute Sculpt 2 w/ Lorna
Lorna will take you through a 30-minute full body sculpt class. You will begin in standing with some balance work, before moving onto the mat for the remainder of the class. You can expect a slow burn, but you will be challenged.
Equipment needed: Light Hand Weights -
NEW! 17-Minute Pilates Strength
Aoife will take you through a Pilates Strength class that will work the whole body. It's a really efficient and challenging class but one that you will feel great after.
Equipment: Weights (Aoife uses 4kg)
Pregnancy friendly. -
Pilates Strength 1
This class combines Pilates and weights to challenge your strength and control. There is a mix of standing exercises and traditional Pilates matwork in this class.
Equipment: Weights (Aoife uses 4kg - feel free to go lighter or heavier). -
Abs & Waist 4
This class focuses on the abs and the waist line! Designed to strengthen your core and sculpt your waist, this class will have you feeling that deep Pilates burn that we all love!
No equipment needed -
Advanced Sculpt w/ Pilates Ball
If you want to be challenged this is the perfect class for you. You'll work the whole body, but in particular the core with some advanced Pilates moves.
