Challenge Me has 5/6 classes a week and is updated every Sunday evening. This is perfect if you want to work hard and be challenged with every class.

Monday 3rd - Sunday 9th

Monday: Pilates Strength 4
Tuesday: Upper Body & Core Strength
Wednesday: 30-Minute Walk
Thursday: Deep Core & Waist Torch w/ Pilates Ball
Friday: NEW! Standing Series
Saturday: Sculpt & Sweat 1
Sunday: Rest & Restore or repeat your favourite class of the week.

Weekly Planner - Challenge
  • Pilates Strength 4

    This class combines Pilates and weights to challenge your strength and control. There is a mix of standing exercises and traditional Pilates matwork in this class.
    Equipment: Lighter and heavier weights (Aoife uses 2kg & 4kg - feel free to go lighter or heavier).

  • Upper Body & Core Strength

    This challenging class is all about building strength in the upper body and the core. Your Pilates form and technique will be challenged as Aoife combines exercises to work both the arms and the core together using weights.
    Equipment: Weights (Aoife uses 2kg and 4kg weights)

  • Deep Core & Waist Torch w/ Pilates Ball

    As the name suggests, this class will have your deep core and waist really feeling the burn. It's a more advanced class, but you will feel great after it.
    Equipment: Pilates ball

  • NEW! 14-Minute Standing Series

    This is the perfect class to do if you are really tight on space, you don't have a mat, or you simply would just prefer an all-standing class.
    No equipment needed

  • Sculpt & Sweat 1

    This is a NYC Style Sculpt & Sweat class. You'll feel strong and energised after this class and it's the perfect choice when you are feeling like you have lots of energy to give.
