Weekly Planner - Challenge
Challenge Me has 5/6 classes a week and is updated every Sunday evening. This is perfect if you want to work hard and be challenged with every class.
Monday 26th - Sunday 1st
Monday: NEW! Cardio Sculpt 4
Tuesday: 20-Minute Lower Body Strength
Wednesday: 30-Minute Walk
Thursday: Advanced Sculpt w/ Pilates Ball
Friday: Banded Core Work
Saturday: Pilates Strength 1
Sunday: Rest & Restore or repeat your favourite class of the week.

NEW! Cardio Sculpt 4
This is the perfect class to combine some cardio with some slower paced Pilates exercises to strengthen and tone your body. This is an advanced and longer class, but with the variety and change in tempo, it will fly.
Equipment needed: Hand weights -
20-Minute Lower Body Strength
This is a challenging TPP Strength class that will focus on the legs and booty. Get ready to push yourself in this focused class.
Equipment: Weights (Aoife uses 4kg; 2kg/3kg/5kg will also work well) -
Advanced Sculpt w/ Pilates Ball
If you want to be challenged this is the perfect class for you. You'll work the whole body, but in particular the core with some advanced Pilates moves.
Equipment: Pilates Ball -
Banded Core Work
Challenge your core using the Pilates band. This class is all about that deep Pilates burn. Focus on your form and your breathing and take breaks when you need to.
Equipment: Mini band. -
Pilates Strength 1
This class combines Pilates and weights to challenge your strength and control. There is a mix of standing exercises and traditional Pilates matwork in this class.
Equipment: Weights (Aoife uses 4kg - feel free to go lighter or heavier).
