Challenge Me has 5/6 classes a week and is updated every Sunday evening. This is perfect if you want to work hard and be challenged with every class.

NEW! Booty Burn w/ Pilates Ball
This is a challenging but quick booty burn class. The moves aren't too intense, but because we are working with the ball, you will be feeling the burn.

Advanced Abs
CHALLENGE If you really want to challenge your core, this is the class for you. Remember to focus on your form and your breathing.

20-Minute Advanced Sculpt 2
If you want to be challenged this is the perfect class for you. Get ready to embrace the Pilates burn. You'll start with a standing lunge to courtsey sequence and then go into kneeling arms, before repeating the standing sequence on the other side. You'll then move to that mat for a mini plank se...

Pilates Strength 3
This class combines Pilates and weights to challenge your strength and control. There is a mix of standing exercises and traditional Pilates matwork in this class.
Equipment: Lighter and heavier weights (Aoife uses 2kg & 4kg - feel free to go lighter or heavier). -
Abs & Booty 1
CHALLENGE This class will do exactly as the name suggests, work the abs and the glutes. Get ready to feel the burn with this 20-minute sequence!

This is a NYC Style Sculpt & Sweat class. You'll feel strong and energised after this class and it's the perfect choice when you are feeling like you have lots of energy to give.
