Challenge Me has 5/6 classes a week and is updated every Sunday evening. This is perfect if you want to work hard and be challenged with every class.

Monday 15th - Sunday 21st

Monday: NEW! 30-Minute Sculpt 1 w/ Lorna
Tuesday: Full Body Sculpt w/ Weights & Ball 4
Wednesday: 30-Minute Walk
Thursday: 21-Minute Sculpt & Sweat
Friday: Deep Core Advanced
Saturday: Pilates Strength 2
Sunday: Rest & Restore or repeat your favourite class of the week.

Weekly Planner - Challenge
  • NEW! 30-Minute Sculpt 1 w/ Lorna

    Lorna will take you through a 30-minute sculpt class that is based entirely on the mat. You can expect a slow burn, but you will be challenged.
    Equipment needed: Light hand weights, Pilates ball

  • Full Body Sculpt w/ Weights & Ball 4

    This is a full body sculpt class that will challenge you from the start. You will work the whole body. Embrace the challenge but as always, go at your own pace and listen to your body.
    Pregnancy friendly.
    Equipment needed: Hand weights, Pilates ball
    *class can also be done without equipment

  • 21-Minute Sculpt & Sweat

    This is a NYC Style Sculpt & Sweat class. You'll feel strong and energised after this high energy class and it's the perfect choice when you are feeling like you have lots of energy to give. You'll combine some slower Pilates sculpt style exercises with some faster paced exercises to get the hear...

  • Deep Core - Advanced

    This is a core sequence that will transform your strength. It is an advanced, challenging class, but Aoife provides modifications so you can move at your own pace.
    No equipment needed.

  • Pilates Strength 2

    This class combines Pilates and weights to challenge your strength and control. There is a mix of standing exercises and traditional Pilates matwork in this class.
    Equipment: Weights (Aoife uses 1 x 4kg - feel free to go lighter or heavier).
