Challenge Me has 5/6 classes a week and is updated every Sunday evening. This is perfect if you want to work hard and be challenged with every class.

Monday 11th - 17th May

Monday: NEW! 15-Minute Advanced Flow
Tuesday: Full Body Sculpt w/ Pilates Ball 3
Wednesday: 30-Minute Walk or R&R
Thursday: Sculpt & Sweat 2
Friday: Legs & Booty 3
Saturday: 30-Minute Sculpt 1 w/ Lorna
Sunday: R&R or Repeat your favourite class of the week

  • NEW! 15-Minute Advanced Flow

    This is a powerful class that will challenge strength, balance and control using just your body weight.

  • Full Body w/ Pilates Ball 3

    This full body class with the Pilates ball will challenge strength, balance, co-ordination and control. It is a challenging but enjoyable sequence.
    Equipment: Pilates ball

  • Sculpt & Sweat 2

    This is a NYC Style Sculpt & Sweat class. You'll feel strong and energised after this class and it's the perfect choice when you are feeling like you have lots of energy to give.
    Equipment: Hand weights

  • Legs & Booty Burn 3

    This class will do exactly as the name suggests; challenge the legs and the booty. Its the perfect mix of standing and mat exercises. Get ready to feel the burn in this 20-minute class.
    No equipment needed.

  • 30-Minute Sculpt 1 w/ Lorna

    Lorna will take you through a 30-minute sculpt class that is based entirely on the mat. You can expect a slow burn, but you will be challenged.
    Equipment needed: Light hand weights, Pilates ball
