This is one of Aoife's most popular full body sculpt classes. You can expect a challenging, fast paced class with lots of layering in each sequence. This sculpt class will work the whole body in a gentle way. You will begin with a standing leg sequence on one side before moving to the mat for a core & glute sequence in all fours. You'll then move back to standing to repeat the standing legs on the other side.

Pilates Strength 8
This is a challenging strength class. You will go through a standing sequence on one side, do some kneeling arms and some plank lying work, before repeating it all again on the other side. We finish the class with a quick weighted Barre squat sequence.

9-Minute Deep Core w/ Pilates Ball
If you're tight on time, this is the perfect deep core class to really tap into those core muscles. This class may be short, but you will be feeling the burn. It's quite advanced, so we only recommend this one if you have been doing Pilate for a while.

6-Minute Arm Sculpt
This class is all about sculpting the arms. It's just 6-minutes of work and you will be feeling the burn. Aoife uses 1.5kg weights. You can use 2kg for an extra challenge. If you don't have weights, tinned cans or water bottles will work really well.

Sculpt & Sweat 5
This is a NYC Style Sculpt & Sweat class. You'll feel strong and energised after this class and it's the perfect choice when you are feeling like you have lots of energy to give.
