Challenge Me has 5/6 classes a week and is updated every Sunday evening. This is perfect if you want to work hard and be challenged with every class.
Monday 27th - Sunday 2nd
Monday: Pilates Strength 3
Tuesday: NEW! Lower Body Strength 2
Wednesday: 30-Minute Walk
Thursday: 18-Minute Full Body Sculpt w/ Weights & Ball
Friday: NEW! Upper Body Strength 3
Saturday: Advanced Full Body Sculpt 5
Sunday: Rest & Restore or repeat your favourite class of the week.

Pilates Strength 3
This class combines Pilates and weights to challenge your strength and control. There is a mix of standing exercises and traditional Pilates matwork in this class.
Equipment: Lighter and heavier weights (Aoife uses 2kg & 4kg - feel free to go lighter or heavier). -
NEW! Lower Body Strength 2
This is a challenging TPP Strength class that will focus on the legs and booty. Get ready to push yourself in this focused class.
Equipment: Weights (Aoife uses 4kg; 2kg/3kg/5kg will also work well)
Suitable for pregnancy. -
NEW! 18-Minute Full Body Sculpt w/ Weights & Ball
This is a more advanced full body sculpt class. With each sequence and exercise you will be working the arms, legs and the core to ensure it's a really efficient and effective workout. When you want to work hard, but are caught for time, this is the perfect class.

This class is all about challenging and building our upper body strength. The reps are high so you will be feeling the burn in this class.
Equipment: Hand weights (Aoife uses 4kg, but anything from 2kg - 5kg will work depending on how you want to challenge yourself). -
Advanced Full Body Sculpt 5
If you want to be challenged this is the perfect class for you. Get ready to embrace the Pilates burn.
