Challenge Me has 5/6 classes a week and is updated every Sunday evening. This is perfect if you want to work hard and be challenged with every class.

Thursday: Advanced Bodyweight Sculpt
Friday: Upper Body & Arms
Saturday: Reformer On The Mat 4
Sunday: Rest & Restore or repeat your favourite class of the week.

This class will work the whole body, using hand weights. You will build on each exercise, adding on layers to add more of a challenge. You can expect a mix of mat work and standing exercises using your weights.
Equipment: Hand weights (optional: ankle weights) -

This is a challenging, full body class, using just your bodyweight. It's a really effective and efficient workout, perfect for when you're tight on time.
