Legs & Booty w/ Band
This is a challenging but efficient class to work the legs & booty. You will begin with a lunge sequence on one side. You'll move from standing to all 4's and then onto your back for bridges. 20-Minute Full Body Barre 2 w/ Gareth
This is a 20-Minute Full Body Barre class led by Master Barre trainer Gareth Moran. It is a short, effective and challenging class; you will work hard for the 20-minutes. Gareth includes modifications if you need to take the intensity down.

Arms, Abs & Booty 2
This 30-minute class does exactly as the name suggests, it works the arms, abs and booty. You will spend 10-minutes working each area to really feel the burn. If strengthening and toning your body is the goal, this is the perfect class.
