Challenge Me has 5/6 classes a week and is updated every Sunday evening. This is perfect if you want to work hard and be challenged with every class.

Monday 9th - 15th February

Monday: NEW! 20-Minute Abs w/ Lorna
Tuesday: Advanced Sculpt w/ Band
Wednesday: R&R
Thursday: Pilates Strength 2
Friday: NEW! 18-Minute Upper Body Strength
Saturday: 40-Minute Full Body Barre 1 w/ Gareth
Sunday: R&R or repeat your favourite class of the week

Weekly Planner - Challenge
  • NEW! 20-Minute Abs w/ Lorna

    This is a short, but really effective abs focused class led by Lorna. You will be on the mat for the entire class and will work through ab prep, sit ups, roll downs and planks.
    No Equipment Needed.

  • Advanced Sculpt w/ Band

    This is a really effective full body sculpt class that uses the band to challenge you. You can expect lots of core work, bridge sequences and standing lunges.
    Equipment: Mini band

  • Pilates Strength 2

    This class combines Pilates and weights to challenge your strength and control. There is a mix of standing exercises and traditional Pilates matwork in this class.
    Equipment: Weights (Aoife uses 1 x 4kg - feel free to go lighter or heavier).

  • NEW! 18-Minute Upper Body Strength

    This is a dynamic upper body strength class where the focus is the arms, but we will also feel it in the whole body.
    Equipment Needed: 3kg, 4kg or 5kg weights (Aoife uses 4kg)
    Pregnancy friendly.

  • NEW! 40-Minute Full Body Barre 1 w/ Gareth

    This is a 40-Minute Full Body Barre class led by Master Barre trainer Gareth Moran. It is a challenging class, but Gareth does include modifications if you need to take the intensity down.
    Equipment needed: Chair, Light Hand Weights & Pilates Ball
