Challenge Me has 5/6 classes a week and is updated every Sunday evening. This is perfect if you want to work hard and be challenged with every class.

Advanced Sculpt w/ Pilates Ball
If you want to be challenged this is the perfect class for you. You'll work the whole body, but in particular the core with some advanced Pilates moves.
Equipment: Pilates Ball -
NEW! Lorna's Go-To Mat Flow
This class combines Lorna's "go-to" mat based exercises. She encourages you to tune into your body and really focus on your breath and alignment to get the most out of this class.
No Equipment Needed -
Pilates Strength 4
This class combines Pilates and weights to challenge your strength and control. There is a mix of standing exercises and traditional Pilates matwork in this class.
Equipment: Lighter and heavier weights (Aoife uses 2kg & 4kg - feel free to go lighter or heavier). -
NEW! 20-Minute Gentle Sculpt 2
This sculpt class will work the whole body in a gentle way. You will begin with a standing sequence before moving to the mat for the remainder of the class.
This is a pregnancy friendly class, that anyone can do.
Equipment: Light hand weights -
Sculpt & Sweat 2
This is a NYC Style Sculpt & Sweat class. You'll feel strong and energised after this class and it's the perfect choice when you are feeling like you have lots of energy to give.
