Challenge Me has 5/6 classes a week and is updated every Sunday evening. This is perfect if you want to work hard and be challenged with every class.

Monday 13th - 19th April

Monday: NEW! Abs & Booty w/ Band
Tuesday: 21-Minute Sculpt & Sweat
Wednesday: 30-Minute Walk or R&R
Thursday: 40-Minute Full Body Strength 2
Friday: 18-Minute Abs w/ Lorna
Saturday: 40-Minute Full Body Sculpt 3
Sunday: R&R or Repeat your favourite class of the week

  • NEW! Abs & Booty w/ Band

    This is a really nice challenging but efficient class with the band. You will begin with core work in all 4's before moving to side lying for a glute sequence. You will then move onto your back for bridges and core before finishing with side lying work on the other side.

  • 21-Minute Sculpt & Sweat

    This is a NYC Style Sculpt & Sweat class. You'll feel strong and energised after this high energy class and it's the perfect choice when you are feeling like you have lots of energy to give. You'll combine some slower Pilates sculpt style exercises with some faster paced exercises to get the hear...

  • 40-Minute Full Body Strength 2

    This Strength class uses weights to challenge TPP Pilates. If you have been doing the classes for a while and would like more of a challenge, this class is for you.
    Get ready to embrace the Pilates burn.
    Equipment needed: Weights (2kg, 3kg,4kg or 5kg)
    *Aoife uses 4kg hand weights in this class

  • NEW! 18-Minute Abs w/ Lorna

    This is a really effective abs series by Lorna. You will begin with planks, before moving to the mat for a roll Pilates down. You will finish with the "Series of Five" abs sequence.
    No Equipment Needed.

  • 40-Minute Full Body Sculpt 3

    This is a challenging full body sculpt class with lots of variety. We combine standing and mat work in this class to work the whole body.
    Equipment: Hand Weights (Ankle Weights Optional)
