Challenge Me has 5/6 classes a week and is updated every Sunday evening. This is perfect if you want to work hard and be challenged with every class.

Monday 13th July - 19th July

Monday: NEW! Full Body Sculpt w/ Weights & Ball 5
Tuesday: Advanced Sculpt w/ Pilates Ball
Wednesday: 30-Minute Walk or R&R
Thursday: Lower Core
Friday: Upper body Strength 1
Saturday: Pilates Strength 2
Sunday: R&R or Repeat your favourite class of the week

Weekly Planner - Challenge
  • Full Body Sculpt w/ Weights & Ball 5

    This is a really nice and efficient full body sculpt class. You will work through a booty sequence in all 4's, a standing lunge sequence before finishing with core work on your back. This class with challenge you in a nice way.
    Equipment: Light hand weights, Pilates ball

  • Advanced Sculpt w/ Pilates Ball

    If you want to be challenged this is the perfect class for you. You'll work the whole body, but in particular the core with some advanced Pilates moves.
    Equipment: Pilates Ball

  • Lower Core

    This class focuses on working the lower deep core muscles. We begin with an all-4 to plank sequence before moving to our backs for the remainder of the class.
    No equipment needed.

  • Upper Body Strength 1

    This class is all about challenging and building our upper body strength. Aoife uses 4kg dumbbells, which make this class pretty intense, but you can use lighter or even heavier weights if you wish.
    Equipment: Hand weights (2kg, 3kg or 4kg).

  • Pilates Strength 2

    This class combines Pilates and weights to challenge your strength and control. There is a mix of standing exercises and traditional Pilates matwork in this class.
    Equipment: Weights (Aoife uses 1 x 4kg - feel free to go lighter or heavier).
