Challenge Me has 5/6 classes a week and is updated every Sunday evening. This is perfect if you want to work hard and be challenged with every class.

Monday 25th - Sunday 31st

Monday: NEW! Pilates Strength 6
Tuesday: NEW! Gentle Sculpt 2
Wednesday: 30-Minute Walk
Thursday: Barre w/ Pilates Ball
Friday: Advanced Core w/ Pilates Ball
Saturday: 40-Minute Full Body Sculpt 1
Sunday: Rest & Restore or repeat your favourite class of the week.

Weekly Planner - Challenge
  • NEW! Pilates Strength 6

    This class combines Pilates and weights to challenge your strength, balance and control. There is a mix of standing exercises and traditional Pilates mat work in this class.
    Equipment: 1 x Heavier weight (Aoife uses a 4kg weight, anything from 2kg - 5kg will work).

  • NEW! Gentle Sculpt 2

    If you are new to Pilates or to our Sculpt classes, this is the perfect one to start with. It will target the whole body and you will feel your muscles working, but in a gentle way.
    Equipment: Light hand weights

  • Barre w/ Pilates Ball

    This is an advanced Barre class using the ball for an added challenge. Get ready to embrace the burn.
    **Note: We stand on the ball for one exercise, so make sure it's not fully inflated. If it is, let a little bit of air out.
    Equipment: Chair, Pilates ball.

  • Advanced Core w/ Pilates Ball

    If you really want to challenge your core, this is the class for you. Remember to focus on your form and your breathing.
    Equipment: Pilates ball

  • 40-Minute Full Body Sculpt 1

    CHALLENGE This is a challenging, but enjoyable sequence, that you will feel great after.
    Equipment needed: Hand weights (class can also be done without weights)
