Tuesday: Christmas Eve R&R
Wednesday: Christmas Day R&R
Thursday: Advanced Bodyweight Sculpt
Friday: Upper Body & Arms
Saturday: Reformer On The Mat 4
Sunday: Rest & Restore or repeat your favourite class of the week.
