We know this recipe won't be for everyone, but we couldn't resist sharing it for any Moms on the platform. If you have little ones at home and they just love to snack, then you need to try these biscuits. Aoife's little boy Hugo is nearly 11 months old and he loves these. They have a bit of a chew in them, so they are perfect for sensitive little gums. They are packed with good, clean ingredients too and make the perfect sweet, but wholesome snack for little ones. A small added pro is that they don't make too much of a mess!
Ingredients:
140g Porridge Oats
2 Tablespoons Flaxseed
1 Banana
3 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon (optional)
Method:
1) Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth (1-2 minutes)
2) Roll biscuits out into your desired shape and size
3) Bake in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 15-minutes
4) Allow to cool and store in an airtight container (these will keep for up to 1 week)
Enjoy
