Feeling a little run down? Or do you just want give your immune system a little TLC? This immune boosting shot is so easy to make and it certainly is more cost effective than shop bought varieties.
Ingredients:
Juice Of 6 Lemons
5-6 Inch Fresh Ginger
3 Inch Fresh Turmeric
Method:
1) Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
2) Store in an airtight jar in the fridge and enjoy for up to 5 days.
Note: If your blender is not high powered and there's lumps of ginger and turmeric left in your mixture, strain it before putting into a jar.
Also, BEWARE the fresh turmeric. It stains! Be careful working with it.
