These are a rich, decadent energy ball and they are so delicious with a tea or a coffee. The perfect snack pre or post Pilates.
Ingredients:
Energy balls:
7 Medjool Dates
150g Oats
2 Tbsp Ground Flaxseed
1 Tbsp Cacao Powder
4 Tbsp Peanut Butter
2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
50 ml Oat Milk
Topping:
100g Dark Chocolate
Cacao Nibs To Sprinkle
Method:
1) Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth.
2) Roll into 12 - 15 balls.
3) Top with melted chocolate and sprinkle with cacao nibs.
