Nutritious Banana Bread

This is a delicious and really nutritious banana bread. It's savoury in taste compared to other banana breads, because it doesn't have sugar added. It has a natural subtle sweetness from the bananas. This keeps really well in the fridge and is a snack the whole family can enjoy.
Ingredients:
200g Wholewheat Flour
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1 Tsp Cinnamon
Good Pinch Salt
3 Large Ripe Bananas
2 Eggs
4 Dessert Sp Maple Syrup
4 Dessert Sp Coconut Oil
100g Greek Yogurt
1 Tsp Vanilla Essence
Optional:
50g Chopped Walnuts
50g Dark Chocolate Chips
Method:
1) Preheat oven to 170 degrees and line a 2lb loaf tin liner with parchment paper.
2) Combine the flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt together in a large bowl.
3) In a separate bowl, combine the banana, egg, maple syrup, coconut oil and yogurt and mix well.
4) Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients.
5) Stir in the chopped walnuts or chocolate chips (if using).
6) Bake for 50-minutes.
