CHALLENGE This class will do exactly as the name suggests; challenge the legs and the booty. Its the perfect mix of standing and mat exercises. Get ready to feel the burn in this 20-minute class.

SATISFY/CHALLENGE This is a really focused class that will work the upper body and core.

Option to add wrist weights for an extra challenge -

Full Body Sculpt w/ Weights 1
Episode 5
This class will work the whole body, using hand weights. You will build on each exercise, adding on layers to add more of a challenge. You can expect a mix of mat work and standing exercises using your weights.
Equipment: Hand weights (optional: ankle weights)
