This week's new class is a Studio Style Sculpt. This is the exact class Aoife taught at an event she hosted with At One The Studio; a beautiful studio owned by her friend Lauren.
The class was really popular and everyone really enjoyed it, so we decided to record it for the app. If you like our Full Body Sculpt classes, you will love this.
Aoife uses the Pilates ball and hand weights and works through a number of different sequences to really work the whole body. It's a challenging but enjoyable class.
Equipment: Pilates ball, hand weights.
