This is a challenging but efficient class to work the legs & booty. You will begin with a lunge sequence on one side. You'll move from standing to all 4's and then onto your back for bridges. You'll then work back through all 4's and standing on the other side. If you don't have a band, you can do this class without.

Pilates Upper Body
This class targets your upper body, but in particular, the tricep muscles, which are at the back of your arms. Get ready to embrace that Pilates burn.
Optional equipment: Light handweights or wrist weights
