This is a full body sculpt class that will challenge you from the start. You will work the whole body with a standing squat to lunge sequence, before moving to the mat. Embrace the challenge but as always, go at your own pace and listen to your body. Pregnancy friendly.

This class combines Pilates and weights to challenge your strength and control. There is a mix of standing exercises and traditional Pilates matwork in this class.
Equipment: Weights (Aoife uses 4kg - feel free to go lighter or heavier).
