    CHALLENGE The goal of this class is to sculpt and tone the whole body. You will work through various sequences for a challenging but enjoyable class.
    Equipment needed: Hand weights

  • 15-Minute Arms 1

    CHALLENGE This class will sculpt and tone your arms! Aoife uses 2kg hand weights.1kg or 1.5kg will work really well too. If you don't have weights at home, improvise with tinned cans or water bottles.

  • Cardio Boxing

    CHALLENGE This is the perfect class for when you want to get a sweat on!
    Theres lots of boxing combinations to ensure it's an enjoyable class. The weights make it challenging, but you can modify by doing it without them.
