Wednesday - 12-Minute Booty Burn
Thursday - 20-Minute Full Body Sculpt*
Friday - 8-Minute Arms
Saturday - Arms, Abs & Cardio*

  • Full Body Sculpt w/ Ankle Weights 3

    Episode 1

    CHALLENGE This class uses ankle weights and hand weights to challenge each sequence. You'll work the whole body in this sculpt class. Get ready to embrace the burn!
    Equipment needed: Hand weights, ankle weights
    *Class can be done without equipment also.

  • 10-Minute Plank Abs

    Episode 2

    CHALLENGE This 10-minute plank class will challenge you right from the start. It's the perfect class to do on its own, or to add to another.
    No equipment needed

  • 6-Minute Abs 2

    Episode 3

    CHALLENGE This is the perfect quick core workout. Its challenging, so go at a pace you're comfortable with. Remember your Pilates techniques and breathe through it.
    No equipment needed

  • Banded Booty Burn

    Episode 4

    CHALLENGE This is TPP's first banded class on the platform. Using the band is going to take your booty burn class to a whole other level. Get ready to embrace the burn.
    *The class can also be done without a band and is a little less intense.
    Equipment needed: Resistance band

  • 36-Minute Full Body Sculpt

    Episode 5

    CHALLENGE The goal of this class is to sculpt and tone the whole body. You will work through various sequences for a challenging but enjoyable class.
    Equipment needed: Hand weights

  • 15-Minute Arms 1

    Episode 6

    CHALLENGE This class will sculpt and tone your arms! Aoife uses 2kg hand weights.1kg or 1.5kg will work really well too. If you don't have weights at home, improvise with tinned cans or water bottles.

  • Cardio Boxing

    Episode 7

    CHALLENGE This is the perfect class for when you want to get a sweat on!
    Theres lots of boxing combinations to ensure it's an enjoyable class. The weights make it challenging, but you can modify by doing it without them.
    Equipment needed: Hand weights
