This class will work the whole body, using hand weights. We will build on each exercise, adding on layers to add more of a challenge. You'll be on the mat for the duration of this class and will move through core & bridges on your back, side lying and kneeling arms.

This full body sculpt class combines standing and mat exercises so you can work the whole body. You can go at your own pace and modify by increasing/decreasing your hand weights.
