  • Burn & Sculpt 27th October

    CHALLENGE This Burn & Sculpt class works the whole body. The class is all mat based and there's a nice mix of challenging sequences, with stretches in between. Expect some planks, kneeling arms, side lying glute work, core on your back and bridges.
    Equipment needed: Pilates ball, hand weights

  • Advanced Abs

    CHALLENGE If you really want to challenge your core, this is the class for you. Remember to focus on your form and your breathing.

  • Cardio 29th October

    CHALLENGE This cardio class is structured into 2 blocks of work. Each block has 4 x 1-minute exercises. You will repeat each block twice.
    Its a really nice whole body class. Great ready to work up a sweat!
