This 3 ingredient recipe makes the perfect snack with a cup of tea or coffee.
Getting large, juicy medjool dates is key here.
Play around with different nut butters, chocolate and toppings to
find what you like best.
Ingredients:
Medjool Dates x 10
50g Smooth Peanut Butter
100g 85% Dark Chocolate
Method:
1) Tear open dates and remove the stone.
2) Spoon in peanut butter or nut butter of choice.
3) Spoon over melted chocolate.
*Optional but recommended:
4) Sprinkle with your favourite toppings. Coconut, sea salt & cacao nibs or crushed pistachio work really well.
