Quick & Easy Salmon Marinade

This marinade is so easy. It's full of goodness, with lots of fresh ingredients. It's gorgeous with salmon, but works so well with prawns also.
Ingredients:
(Serves 2)
2 Salmon Fillets
1 x Red Chilli
1 Inch Piece Fresh Ginger - Grated
1 Clove Garlic - Minced
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Honey
1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
Method:
1) Add the above ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
2) Pour marinade over salmon fillets.
3) Allow to sit in fridge to marinade for a few hours (you can skip this
step if you're tight on time).
4) Place in an oven pre-heated to 180 degrees for 30-minutes.
5) Serve with sides of your choice.
