    Lorna will take you through a 30-minute full body sculpt class. You will begin in standing with some balance work, before moving onto the mat for the remainder of the class. You can expect a slow burn, but you will be challenged.

    This is a quick and efficient class that will challenge you in the best way.

  • 40-Minute Sculpt 2 w/ Lorna

    Lorna will take you through a 40-minute sculpt class. This class will work the entire body and will have lots of variety. You will work on and off the mat and as always, you will be challenged but supported with Lorna's cueing.
