  • 30-Minute Full Body Sculpt

    This full body sculpt class combines standing and mat exercises so you can work the whole body. You can go at your own pace and modify by increasing/decreasing your hand weights.
    Equipment: Hand Weights

  • Full Body Sculpt w/ Weights 1

    This class will work the whole body, using hand weights. You will build on each exercise, adding on layers to add more of a challenge. You can expect a mix of mat work and standing exercises using your weights.
    Equipment: Hand weights (optional: ankle weights)

  • Full Body Sculpt w/ Weights 2

    This class will work the whole body using hand weights. It is a more traditional style Pilates class, with weights to add a more challenging and up-tempo feel. The class is predominantly mat based, apart from a quick standing lunge sequence.
