SATISFY This is a Traditional style Pilates class, but with no-wrist impact. If you find being in all fours in Pilates uncomfortable, this is a great class to do to familiarise yourself with how to strengthen your wrists. It will also show you how to modify other classes on the platform as you need to.
At the end of the class Aoife will guide you through some wrist strengthening and mobility exercises to help improve your wrist mobility.
