This is a fast paced and challenging full body sculpt class using a band. You can expect a standing lunge sequence, a series of roll downs, bridges, core on your back and planks. There is lots of rotational movements in this class to really tap into your core muscles.
Aoife uses TPP's lightest resistance band. You can go heavier for more of a challenge or you can do this class without the band.
