  • Upper Body Strength 1

    This class is all about challenging and building our upper body strength. Aoife uses 4kg dumbbells, which make this class pretty intense, but you can use lighter or even heavier weights if you wish.
    Equipment: Hand weights (2kg, 3kg or 4kg).

  • Pilates Strength 2

    This class combines Pilates and weights to challenge your strength and control. There is a mix of standing exercises and traditional Pilates matwork in this class.
    Equipment: Weights (Aoife uses 1 x 4kg - feel free to go lighter or heavier).
