Pilates Upper Body
This class targets your upper body, but in particular, the tricep muscles, which are at the back of your arms. Get ready to embrace that Pilates burn.
Optional equipment: Light handweights or wrist weights -
40-Minute Full Body Sculpt 4
This is a more advanced full body sculpt class. You will do a nice mix of standing exercises and Pilates mat work. Expect booty work in all 4's, standing lunges, single leg bridges, kneeling arms and core work on your back.
