Stewed Apple Yogurt Pot

42s
This is such a delicious yogurt pot that the whole family can enjoy. Perfect to grab and go, or to have straight from the fridge. You can make a batch of these and they will keep really well in the fridge for a few days.
With 2 apples, you should have enough stewed apple for 4-6 small pots. We haven't included quantities for the yogurt and granola in the recipe below, as the ratios you use are a personal preference.
We love equal quantities of apple and yogurt, before topping it off with granola and fresh crunchy apple.
Ingredients:
2 Red Apples
Pinch Cinnamon
Granola (TPP recipe is our favourite of course)
Yogurt Of Choice (Aoife goes for a strained greek style yogurt, so its higher in protein, with no sugar added)
Method:
1) Peel and dice the apple
2) Add the apple, cinnamon and 2 Tbsp water to a pot
3) Cook over a medium heat for 15 - 20-minutes, until the apple is tender
4) Divide the apple into the base of the pots/lunch boxes once it's cooled
5) Top with yogurt, granola and some fresh chopped apple
Enjoy
