Making this granola will have your whole kitchen smelling of Christmas. It's so delicious and it has all the lovely festive spices. We love it with a yogurt bowl, with some milk in the evening as a little pre-bed snack or simply straight from the jar. This is another festive recipe that can make a really thoughtful gift when visiting friends and family.
Ingredients:
150g Oats
100g Flaked Almonds
50g Pecans
1 Tsp Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp Nutmeg
1/2 Tsp Ginger
1/2 Tsp All Spice
80g Dried Cranberries
80ml Coconut Oil
100ml Maple Syrup
Ingredients:
1) Preheat oven to 170 degrees.
2) Combine all the dry ingredients together (except for the cranberries). A pinch of salt is an optional add in here.
3) Melt the coconut oil and add to the dry ingredients along with the maple syrup and mix well.
4) Place on a lined baking tray and bake for 15-minutes or until golden.
5) Allow to cool before adding the cranberries and transferring to a jar.
Enjoy.
