If your goal is to tone the arms, these classes are for you. Some of the classes use hand weights (1kg, 1.5kg or 2kg). If you don't have them don't worry, you can use tinned cans or water bottles.

CHALLENGE Our first Arms & Abs class was so popular, we had to add a second. This class is structured into 3-minutes of arms work, followed by 3-minutes of abs work for 30-minutes. Within this, you will do each exercise for 1-minute. It's a challenging but really effective class!

CHALLENGE This 30-minute class does exactly as the name suggests, it works the arms, abs and booty. You will spend 10-minutes working each area to really feel the burn. If strengthening and toning your body is the goal, this is the perfect class.
