This is a 4-Week Postnatal Sculpt Programme designed to help strengthen your core and your whole body. This can be started at 6-weeks postpartum, once you have received clearance from your Consultant or GP to return to exercise.

Equipment: Hand weights, Pilates ball (7") and ankle weights (optional).
