Burn & Sculpt 2nd February
CHALLENGE This Burn & Sculpt class will work the whole body. It's a really nice mat based class, with lots of variety. You will use the Pilates ball quite a bit. If you don't have one, don't worry, you can improvise with a cushion.

Cardio 4th February
CHALLENGE This is a "no repeats" cardio class, meaning you will only do each exercise once. It's such a nice class with so much variety. If you want to work the whole body, while getting a sweat on, this is the perfect class.
