The 21 Day Winter Sculpt Challenge is here and it's going to help keep us motivated at this busy time of year.
The classes in this challenge will focus on strengthening and toning the body so we can feel our best. There will be 4 classes
scheduled each week that you can do any day and any time that suits you. This is your challenge, so tailor it to suit your schedule.
Equipment needed: Hand weights, Pilates ball (optional)

Week 1
Class 1: NEW! Arms, Abs & Booty 3
Class 2: 15-Minute Sculpt + 15-Minute Lean Legs
Class 3: Burn & Sculpt 3
Class 4: Cardio, Arms & Abs

Week 2
Class 1: NEW! Arms, Abs & Booty 4
Class 2: 15-Minute Booty Burn + 15-Minute Arms & Abs
Class 3: Burn & Sculpt 24th November
Class 4: Cardio 26th November

Week 3
Class 1: NEW! Arms, Abs & Cardio
Class 2: Legs & Booty Burn 2 + 6-Minute Abs 3
Class 3: Burn & Sculpt 1st December
Class 4: Cardio 3rd December

  • Arms, Abs & Booty 4

    Episode 1

    CHALLENGE This 30-minute class does exactly as the name suggests, it works the arms, abs and booty. If strengthening and toning your body is the goal, this is the perfect class.
    Equipment needed: Hand weights

  • 15-Minute Booty Burn 1

    Episode 2

    CHALLENGE This is a quick booty burn class to get those glute muscles firing. This is the perfect class for when you're tight on time. You could also pair it with another 15-minute Abs or Arms focused class.

  • 15-Minute Arms & Abs

    Episode 3

    CHALLENGE This is the perfect class for when you're tight on time but you want to focus on strengthening and toning the arms and the abs.
    Equipment: Hand weights

  • Burn & Sculpt 2nd February

    Episode 4

    CHALLENGE This Burn & Sculpt class will work the whole body. It's a really nice mat based class, with lots of variety. You will use the Pilates ball quite a bit. If you don't have one, don't worry, you can improvise with a cushion.
    Equipment needed: Hand weights, Pilates ball

  • Cardio 4th February

    Episode 5

    CHALLENGE This is a "no repeats" cardio class, meaning you will only do each exercise once. It's such a nice class with so much variety. If you want to work the whole body, while getting a sweat on, this is the perfect class.
